Design. Values. Communities.
Founded by an architect, Roaha approaches real estate the way it should be — with care, clarity, and responsibility. Each space is designed to work well, age well, and feel comfortable to live in. There are no unnecessary promises, only well-planned spaces built with integrity.
Our Approach to Realty
At Roaha, every project begins with careful planning and a clear understanding of how people live. Design decisions are driven by function, durability, and long-term value. Realty for us is not about volume or speed, but about building fewer projects with greater care.
Design Philosophy
Rooted in simplicity, purpose, and respect for nature – while the language is modern and minimal, the thinking comes from ancient architectural principles. The result is spaces that respond to real needs, age gracefully, and feel relevant for years.
Delivery and capability
From planning to possession, every stage is closely managed. What is designed is what gets built, with clear timelines and transparent commitments. This disciplined, hands-on approach ensures consistent quality and reliable delivery.
The Mission
To create like-minded communities through intelligent design, honest value, and thoughtfully planned infrastructure that supports everyday living.

Brand promise
At Roaha, we promise honesty in every decision we make. What we present, commit to, and build will always be clear and consistent. Through thoughtful design, responsible execution, and transparent communication, we aim to build spaces that are reliable, well planned, and built to last.
The Leadership
Roaha was founded by Bhagyaraj Jagarlamudi, an architect, and his wife Rajitha Jagarlamudi, driven by a simple belief — build spaces that feel right to live in. With a strong grounding in design, Bhagyaraj focuses on clarity, function, and longevity. Rajitha brings the intent of creating meaningful communities. Together, they lead Roaha with care, staying closely involved in every project they build.
Vision for the Future
Roaha’s vision is to grow thoughtfully while staying true to the values it was built on. The focus is on creating fewer, better projects that prioritise long-term value over scale. As we evolve, building real communities remains central — neighbourhoods designed to feel connected, comfortable, and lived in.
